Use this easy step-by-step guide to register and enjoy the benefits of managing your account online.

Step one

Go to our and select "Register User."

Step two

Enter your 12-digit account number in the "Account Number" field. You can find your account number in your email or on your bill.Ìý

THEN Verify your account with any of the 3 options in the "Verify Account For" drop down. Choose the postal code, telephone number or email address that is asscociated with your account.


Note:ÌýThe verification option you choose must match what we have in our system to move forward successfully.Ìý An error message will display if the account cannot be verified.

Step three

After verifying your account, you will be directed to create a unique username and password for your online account.ÌýPlease make sure that you choose a username that is not the same as your email address.

Each password MUST contain

  • Be a minimum ofÌý9Ìýcharacters (more than 8)
  • Have at leastÌý1Ìýuppercase and 1 lower case letter
  • Have at leastÌý1Ìýnumber
  • Have at leastÌý1Ìýspecial character (@, &, ! #, etc.)Ìý
  • And match when entered the second time


A "Your account has been created successfully" message will appear at the top of the screen.

Step four

Enter your new username and password on the "Current User" tab on theÌýÌýto access your online account.
