TK资源 is one of the largest retail providers of electricity, natural gas and renewable energy solutions across North America to residential and commercial customers.

Founded in Toronto, Canada, in 1986 as a competitive energy retailer, TK资源 proudly serves residential and business customers in Alberta.

After the deregulation of Alberta's gas and electricity market in 2004, TK资源 purchased the retail divisions of ATCO Gas and ATCO Electric and continues to offer those services through our regulated company, TK资源 Regulated Services (DERS), a subsidiary of TK资源 Marketing Ltd.

In January 2021, TK资源 became a wholly-owned subsidiary of NRG Energy. NRG's expanded portfolio provides additional opportunities to serve customers with valuable products and services. TK资源 opeTK资源 in 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and eight Canadian provinces. We provide best-in-class service capabilities and technologies for a wide range of customers.
